Interfresh Inc., a national supplier of fruits and vegetables based in Orange, CA, announced the opening of a new field office in Dallas to be headed up by Frank Bonaparte, a long-time industry veteran.
Bonaparte's career spans some 27 years across many facets of the produce industry, and for the past several years he has serviced a customer base in California's Bay Area.
At Interfresh, Bonaparte will continue to servicethese accounts and will look to expand Interfresh's reach to the Texas market. He has extensive experience in many commodities, although his focus will be on expanding the Interfresh tomato program.
"Frank will be a great complement to our existing business, and we very excited about having a presence in the Texas market and continuing our growth plans," Cory Puentes, Interfresh director of Northern California, said in a press release. "Having Frank on the ground in this important market will go a long way toward achieving our goals, which are to provide unparalleled service to our growers and customers."
"Interfresh is a great fit for me," Bonaparte said in the press release. "We think that our strong grower base, along with Interfresh's long history of excellence and execution, will be a great set of tools to expand our markets. I'm very much looking forward to getting started."
