Harnden's new company a creative resource for produce companies

Carrie Smith Harnden recently started a new company called Harvest Creations, which serves as a creative resource for produce companies, focusing on website design, package design and POS signage.harnden

“My company allows grower-shippers to maintain a professional look while not having to invest in a full-time marketing employee or expensive agency,” Harnden told The Produce News. “I have created this business on the principle of trust. My earning and keeping a client’s trust is my biggest responsibility, and I know that will be the key to Harvest Creations’ success.”

Prior to starting Harvest Creations, which officially became an LLC in October 2013, Harnden worked for L&M Cos. in Raleigh, NC, for nine years. She also briefly worked with a produce start-up company, which led her to the decision to start her own business, she said.
