Lee Daneshavske working with West Pak Avocado

Murrieta, CA-based West Pak Avocado welcomed LEE DANESHAVSKE as its first intern for a new summer program launched this year.

LeeThe summer internship takes place over the course of 11 weeks in the sales department and involves learning all areas of the company, with a main focus on supporting the sales team, learning about avocado sales and customer service and understanding how an avocado company operates.

Daneshavske, an agribusiness student from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, said he is very excited and eager to learn about the new concepts and ideas that West Pak will introduce to him.

“We are excited to start an internship program at West Pak and introduce Lee to the produce industry through avocados,” Doug Meyer, vice president of sales and marketing, said in the press release. “We hope that he learns a lot from us and gains valuable knowledge and experience for his future in the produce industry.”
