Idaho supermodel Chelsey Hersley, runner-up in the 2011 Cycle 15 of CW network’s “America’s Next TopModel,” will be the celebrity greeter at Idaho-Eastern Oregon Onion Committee’s PMA Fresh Summit booth in Atlanta.
The Boise, ID, native had been represented by Women Management and Pulse Model Management before she joined ANTM earlier this year. The 5-foot-11-inch blonde was among more than a dozen contestants competing for the title and furthering their careers in the modeling industry.
The show itself was created in 2003 by its host, super model Tyra Banks, who also serves as head judge and is executive producer of the CW network show.
Each cycle of the show begins with 10-14 contestants, and on each episode one contestant is eliminated. Ms. Hersley made it to the final cycle, ending with the title of runner-up to winner Ann Ward.
But the young Idahoan is well-positioned to move up the super model tier, having signed with Urban Talent Management in Boise as well as Passport Models in San Francisco, and she will be on hand at the Atlanta Fresh Summit in October for the onion committee.
