CPS Produce Research Symposium

About 250 people representing all facets of the produce industry gathered in Orlando, FL, at the Omni ChampionsGate Resort for the Center for Produce Safety's Produce Research Symposium, a daylong event featuring updates on the latest in scientific studies and field research into the best ways to sustain a safe supply of produce. Wegman's Food Markets and the Wegman Family Charitable Foundation's made a $250,000 donation to CPS, the first of its kind from the retail sector, in a check presentation Tuesday morning, June 28.
