Ready Pac hires salad marketing director

IRWINDALE, CA -- Ready Pac Foods Inc. has announced the hiring of Bryan Jaynes as its new salad marketing director. Reporting directly to Barbara Dan, Ready Pac's vice president of marketing and R&D, Mr. Jaynes brings close to 20 years of marketing experience in both retail and foodservice channels, including leadership on both branded and private-label products.

Most recently, Mr. Jaynes was director of marketing for the “SeaPak” brand of seafood for Rich Products Corp. Prior to that he held increasingly responsible positions with Aurora Foods, Anheuser-Busch and D'Arcy Advertising.


Mr. Jaynes began his new position at Ready Pac Foods Monday June 20, and is located within the company's Swedesboro, NJ, facility. He will be responsible for leading the marketing activities for the packaged salad and Ready Pac “Bistro” bowl salad segments. He will also lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of innovative new product concepts which leverage consumer, culinary and customer insights.

"Bryan has a well rounded background and an amazing breadth of experience within the consumer packaged goods industry,” Ms. Dan said in a June 22 press release. “We are incredibly fortunate to have him join our team."

Mr. Jaynes holds a bachelor of science/bachelor of arts degree in finance from the University of Tulsa and an MBA in marketing from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
