CF Fresh eagerly awaits organic Argentine garlic

by | January 27, 2011
CF Fresh is eagerly awaiting the first arrival of imported fresh organic garlic from Argentina, with the first shipment expected to arrive at the end of January.

The white garlic is well cured and has excellent size, with heads ranging from 56 to 75 millimeters. It is certified organic and packed in 22-pound plastic crates.

Argentine garlic is known for excellent flavor and quality, and this season's bumper crop is holding true to its reputation.

"There is a lot of anticipation building for this garlic. The market has been short all year," said Matt Roberts, sales manager for the Sedro-Woolley, WA- based company. “We are looking forward to a really positive reception and strong demand.”

With growers located in Canada, the western United States, Chile and Argentina, CF Fresh offers a year-round supply of high-quality organic apples, pears, onions, potatoes, stone fruits and more. The company is a highly regarded pioneer in the organic industry, and is well known for innovation, quality and sustainability.
