Farm Fresh Direct hires Dave Yeager to lead new business development

Monte Vista, CO-based Farm Fresh Direct, a leading provider of premium potatoes, onions and sweet potatoes, has hired Dave Yeager as its new vice president of business development. As Farm Fresh Direct continues to experience sales growth, Mr. Yeager will be responsible for directing all new business development activities for the company.

"Farm Fresh Direct is a very innovative company with a great future," Mr. Yeager said in a Nov. 12 press release. “Not only are they committed to adapting to changing demands, but [the company has] demonstrated time and again that they can successfully introduce new product lines to the market. I am excited to join an organization with a track record of success with huge untapped potential. I'm looking forward to working with a great team to continue that success.”

Mr. Yeager joined Farm Fresh Direct and brought with him more than 20 years of experience in the produce industry. He has worked for some of the more respected brands in produce including roles with Chiquita Brands International, Del Monte Fresh and NewStar Fresh Foods.

Mr. Yeager earned a degree in business administration and computer science from Cedarville University.
