Walter P. Rawl continues brand makeover, launches updated web site
by | October 14, 2010
As part of an ongoing rebranding of the organization, Walter P. Rawl, a
grower-shipper-processor located in Pelion, SC, relaunched an updated
version of its web site at www.rawl.net.
A reflection of the updated "Rawl" brand and messaging, the site is a central
location for both trade and consumer information. The new web site is a
communication resource for news and product information, along with
recipes and cooking tips.
For consumers, the site focuses on fresh greens and “Versatile Veggies”
value-added items, the core of the Rawl business. The site also provides
photos, detailed recipes and cooking tips, along with nutritional information.
For retailers, the site includes information on all product lines, brands and
product specifications for “Rawl,” “Nature's Green’s,” “Versatile Veggies” and
“Lazy Town” brands, as well as company resources and food safety.
Ashley Rawl, director of sales and marketing for the company, said in an Oct.
11 press release, “As a leader in fresh greens, we wanted to provide a
resource that included delicious, yet easy recipes and cooking tips for greens
to help bridge the gap between consumer interest and consumer action. We
think our new web site provides easy-to-use information for both retailers
and consumers that will allow www.rawl.net to be an important resource for
fresh greens and our other various products.”
